Where
do you get inspiration for your work?
My
inspiration for NEVER AFTER spawned from the simple wondering one night as to
what if Snow's story was not as happy as it seemed? I envisioned a dark
huntress looking to avenge those who had been wronged by men. Thus, the sick
and twisted world of the Ever After took hold of me and has yet to let go.
Is there anything that you would want to change or add to this book?
This book was four years in the making. I originally wrote it the Summer of
2008 minus the final five chapters. Due to life taking over, I did not pick up
the manuscript again until a year later. Things were shuffled, plot lines
dropped and characters expanded. I would like to say that the final product is
the definitive version, but if I could change one thing I would have expanded
on the ending more.
If your book was to become a movie, which actors/actresses do you see
playing the parts of your characters?
I would love to see Ellen Paige as Snow.
What can we expect in the future? Any new projects?
I am currently working on the second installment of the Ever After
Chronicles, Deliciously Wicked. The book picks up around six months after Never
After and takes the series in a completely new direction. I am very excited to
share it with my readers when it is released April 2013.
What do you prefer to do when not writing?
I tend to play a lot of video games. They keep my mind busy and inspire me.
Where can readers connect with you?
Readers can easily connect with me on my FB Fan page or on twitter.
