My Review: Every single book by Molly has torn at me and required lots of tissues. This is just the latest I've read by her and it's gotten to me once again....
Knox and Harlow are clearly meant to be. But when an age thing gets in the way, it makes others see things differently. Knox had friends who clearly had his back, but it would be at the cost of hurting Harlow to get her to go away. Knox could get into trouble because of the age, and I get where his friends come from, but damn they are mean and need a good beating.
But when it finally got to a point, a perfect point for them both, things change......Knox pulled away at the request of her dad, but he shouldn't have. If he did what he wanted and stuck around, Harlow wouldn't have suffered so much...
Because of everything, Harlow thought she lost Knox and ended up falling for someone else. He seemed too perfect and nothing was wrong, until they got married and the man she married became a monster. Threatens her, her family, even hurts hurt dog. He's abusive and every time he did something, I just wanted to kill him. Thats how hard these books pull at you, but each one is always worth the read.
Anywho....Harlow and Knox run into each other one day and once Knox knew what was going on he was so determined to save Harlow. He never never stopped loving her and to this day he will do anything to save her and finally be together. And to this day, Harlow never stopped thinking about Knox either, but this is dangerous. If her husband knew that someone found out he beats her or that she even talks to Knox, things are going to go south and fast.
Everything finally hit into high gear when Harlow nearly dies and she fin ally runs out of the house and goes to Knox. Once Harlow's husband meets his fate, and shes had time to heal, everything falls into place.
They finally have the perfect life...To the Stars...
