Her voice is enchanting; his soul is black…

Madison Carter has been terrified of Scott Lee since the night he saved her from an evil sorcerer – then melted into a man-eating monster before her eyes. The werewolf is a slave to the moon, but Madison’s nightmares are not.

Despite her fears, when Madison’s brother, Clinton, is bitten by a werewolf, she knows there is only one man who can help. A man who frightens her all the more because even in her nightmares, he also thrills her.

Together for the first time since that terrible night, Scott and Madison drive to Clinton’s home only to discover that he’s vanished. Frantic now, Madison must overcome her fears and uncover hidden strengths if she hopes to save him. And she’s not the only one fighting inner demons. Scott’s are literal, and they have him convinced that he will never deserve the woman he loves.

My Review: So this is a fun new spin off from the Cassie Scott books. As you know, I loved them and I couldn't wait to read this spin off. Its a bit darker, a bit more fast pace, and has everything you could want in a book by Christine!

So Madison is a cool chick ad had a pretty normal life. Things went a little crazy when Scott saved her. It would be a nice moment until her changed into a monster and well that was a little too crazy for Madison. So ever since then she has had this fear with werewolves.

But now her fears will be tested again. Her brother got bitten by a werewolf and well things are about to change. The person who can help is the one who scares her. So she finds a will to go see Scott  and ask for help. Then things get a little more crazy when they come home to find Madison brother missing.

Together its up to Scott and Madison to find him, and Madison is going to need on getting over her fears if she wants things to go well. It will never be easy. Madison can get over her fears and move on a lot quicker than Scott can with his troubles. However, it looks like these two will end up being just what the other needs and its a story you can't miss.

I love love loved this book! Christine has done it again and I will have to somehow try to wait patiently for her to come out with another book..... Yeah I'm not good at waiting for books to be out. So lets hope it wont be long!
