My Review: I actually enjoyed this book. I try to read books that are kinda of dark, but they never turn out well for me. This book, however was amazing and I'll be looking forward to more of Wendy's writing.
So Melissa is at this new ballet school and if going to attempt the adagio, which she hasn't actually gotten the hang of yet. This ballet comes with some darkness attached to it. Maybe the curse never existed or msybe it was just dormant. But what would you start thinking when dancers start to vanish? Now how can one person figure all this out? Well Melissa can't do it on her own, but I'm sure if she asks Todd he'd be willing to help figure out all this going on around them.
The story goes deeper and things will turn that will make you glued to the pages until its all over. I really enjoyed this book overall and still can't believe that I found a book I like that fit into this genre.
Now for the characters I did like Melissa the most, as for the other characters they were okay, but I felt like they could have used more umph at times. The book was easy to get into, you have the beginning that seems like its slow, but really isnt. Then once you are in the grove the book just flys by and the details make it worth the while. The details were really there for me and it wasnt over the top, like with some dark books.
