My Review: I don't read much NA books, since I am picky of them. This book was awesome! Maybe I shouldn't be so picky with NA Romances. Two souls who need love. Both been through some damage. Serena and James are two beautiful characters that you will grow with and love through the book.
Serena is actually nice and fun, when she isn't avoiding people and shutting down. I understand Serena and everything, I just hoped that she would have more strength for herself. In the end Serena did evolve which I really enjoyed.
Now about James. Rich and wild streak! Taking risks is just his thing and well who doesn't like a bad boy mixed with a non risky girl? Well you can imagine what will happen with these two. Oh and James has this thing with commitment, so think about that with Serena.
All these thing taken in and out came a beautiful story. James and Serena together is so gr! At first I was like, what the heck is going to happen with these two?! Then as the story moved on and then ending was near, these two ended up being perfect!!!
Layla can write those sexy scenes! She made them perfectly hot and was waiting for more rather than getting tired of reading them. Which some authors can over do or not create such a good image. Not the case here!
This is a debut book for Layla and she did a freaking fabulous job!! I can not wait for more from her!
