Before she goes after the life she’s always wanted, she’s about to find the one she needs.

Pepper has been hopelessly in love with her best friend’s brother, Hunter, for like ever. He’s the key to everything she’s always craved: security, stability, family. But she needs Hunter to notice her as more than just a friend. Even though she’s kissed exactly one guy, she has just the plan to go from novice to rock star in the bedroom—take a few pointers from someone who knows what he’s doing.

Her college roommates have the perfect teacher in mind. But bartender Reece is nothing like the player Pepper expects. Yes, he’s beyond gorgeous, but he’s also dangerous, deep—with a troubled past. Soon what started as lessons in attraction are turning both their worlds around, and showing just what can happen when you go past foreplay and get to what’s real…

My Review: Sophie!!! Why do you do this to me?! First I fell for the Firelight books and now Foreplay!! Don't ever stop writing Sophie!!!

This book was amazing! I really loved Sophie's writing in her Firelight books and then I found this book and wanted to give it a try. It's an NA book, which I don't read a ton of, but it was written by Sophie. So I thought about how much I like the whole idea of the book and I was already familiar with her writing. Plus it also sounded like a book I read before and I liked that one as well.

This book was not what I expected at all. It turned out a million times better than I had imagined. Pepper is a young girl in college. She has the whole dorm, girlfriends, and classes going on. Then she gets a phone call from her best friend saying her brother Hunter has just broken up with his girlfriend. Pepper is happy! She has loved Hunter for ages now. She has been to his house and gone and done things with his family. Pepper really loves that family, since she didn't exactly have one herself. Dad died and the Mother wasn't fit to take care of her, so her Gran raised her.

Let's get moving on.....So Pepper is happy about this and all, but one problem. Can she get Hunter to notice her and have her happy ending? Plus she doesn't have any experience in anything, so that might be hard for her. What do her girlfriends say? Em and Georgia will take her to a bar and have her hook up with this bartender. Apparently he is hot and really good at doing things to girls.

What really happened was not in the plan at all! Pepper fell for Reece who is the bartender and owner. Then she met his brother. His brother was the guy everyone was talking about, not Reece. Once that was all cleared out, Reece took her upstairs. Now here is the thing, apparently Reece doesn't care for just any girl. Yes he is hot and a good guy to girls.

Reece is HOT and when he is teaching Pepper foreplay, things get really good. After that night Pepper gets up and leaves, but comes back later that day and Reece ends up going to her dorm. Things didn't go so well after Reece said things about putting his dad in a wheelchair. He got up and left without saying anything else. I was pretty mad at that part. I wanted more! Have Pepper go after him or have him explain a bit more.

The next day she goes back and finds out that Reece is sick. She decides to go up to his room and check on him. I really love how she took care of him. It was so sweet and I really enjoyed how they started to like each other's company.  These two are perfect for each other. Did they end up together? I'll leave that for you guys to find out.

I really loved this book. I read it in one sitting and just ached for more. Sophie can really wright those sexy scenes, I was hooked and loved every bit of it. There really isn't much until you reach the end, but none of it was extreme or over done. Which is hard for a lot of people to write, I have read books with sex scenes and it is so over done or tacky that it can ruin a good book.
