Their love was meant to be.

When Megan Rosenberg moves to Ireland, everything in her life seems to fall into place. After growing up in America, she's surprised to find herself feeling at home in her new school. She connects with a group of friends, and she is instantly drawn to darkly handsome Adam DeRÍs.

But Megan is about to discover that her feelings for Adam are tied to a fate that was sealed long ago—and that the passion and power that brought them together could be their ultimate destruction.

My Review: Megan is a new student in a new place. Current location is Ireland. Megan has been moving around alot with her dad since the death of her mother. Megan's journey has taken her to Ireland where she starts a new school. Megan is used to starting over and this time things feel unusually strange. Megan finds herself staring after Adam. A kid who's family has some strange rumors behind them. Megan however ignore that fact and continues on. Her friend Caitlin convinces her to join them for lessons on boats in exchange for a few weeks off gym. Megan agrees, and runs into some trouble. Megan is accidently hit on the head and falls backward into the water. Even with a life jacket she ends up under the water, or should I say more like in the water surrounded by a soft glow. After experiencing this and remembering about Adam's family, Megan begins to believe there is something hiding within his family. More into the book the, there is a party going on and Megan is going. On the way to that party she runs into some trouble with two boys. Megan began to feel scared, but before anything happens this gust a wind, nearly tornado like comes out of no where and sweeps the boys away. In seconds Adam appears and so Megan assumes Adam had something to do with it, when secretly it was all Megan. As the the story goes on, we come to learn that Megan has the element of "Air".  What she has to do with it will remain a secret until you read the book.
