Tour Process Overview


Getting Started
Once your request is accepted, we will begin to determine your tour schedule and gather all required information.

Genre Reminder
We accept all genres for Young Adult, New Adult and Adult. 
There is a strict no acceptance of war, politics, and religion. We reserve the right to refuse books that do not fit our criteria.
 
Tour Promotion
Once the schedule is finalized, we will make an announcement that your tour is now open for sign-ups. The announcement will be posted on our website, social media platforms and an email blast to our influencers. Promotion efforts will also include tour stop highlights and additional posts on our social media throughout the tour.

All tours will include a promotional packet.

Giveaway
While not required, we do recommend them. If you decide to add a giveaway, we will forward along the winner's information at the completion of the tour. 

*Unless otherwise specified, the distribution of the giveaway prize will be done by the author/publisher.


Tour Hosts
Our influencers will have the option to decide the type of tour stop they wish to host.

Review Disclaimer
We do expect that each influencer will complete their review as scheduled. However, we are not responsible for, nor do we have any control over an influencer’s ability to complete and post a review.
 
*If a review is less than 3 stars or negative, we do ask them to hold off on posting their review until the tour is complete.

 
Finalization
Once the tour schedule has been completed, we'll provide you with a copy of the schedule. 
A conformation email will be sent out to all influencers notifying them of their tour stop.

 
Timeline
We request a 1–2-month notice. (3 is even better) This allows us the time to properly plan, promote, gather sign-ups, and allow the author/publisher ample time to gather and provide all necessary materials required.
 
If you need a shorter timeline, please let us know in your initial request and we will do our best to accommodate if possible.

Reach
In any given month we have a combined average reach of 50,000 across our website and social media platforms. 

 
Fees
If the author/publisher needs to cancel the tour for any reason, a cancellation fee of $30 will be billed.
