My Review: This book was wild and definitely on the dark side.
Jessica has her annual exam. Easy and routine enough right? Well let's just say that Dr. West provide her with more than just an annual check.
While the entire time, Jessica has no clue they went to school together. While Adam remembers. He wanted her then and even more now.
I loved both of the characters. There was growth, there was a connection, there were moments of reality checks when things seemed too much and so much more.
I love both the medical and dark romance aspects. But together? It was amazing. Lexi really took both and wove them together to deliver such an amazing dark read. Now there were moments where I was like hmm maybe not for me, but that didn't take away from the story and I'm just really looking forward to reading more by Lexi.
