Three Powerfully Alluring Vampire Men
And One Queen to Rule Them All
All Mina ever wanted was to escape her father's control. Half human, half vampire, she lived eternally torn between two worlds, never fully experiencing the pleasures of either—until her father chose her as the pawn in his latest political move, gifting her to the darkly powerful and dangerously seductive Malachi Zion.
Malachi is not a vampire to be trifled with. He rules with an iron fist and has a reputation for the darkest of sins. But the longer Mina spends with him, the more she realizes he's not the monster she first thought—and as fear bleeds into lust, then trust, then something more, Malachi opens Mina up to a world she never knew could be hers for the taking: including the love of Malachi's two closest friends and companions.
Now surrounded by all three men, the center of their shockingly seductive world, Mina may finally have the power to face down her father and take back the life—and crown—that by all rights should be hers.
LONG LIVE THE QUEEN.
NOTE: Court of the Vampire Queen combines all three books in the Bloodline Vampires series.
My Review: Well this was an interesting start. Forget world building and character development, but instead a quick round of bloodlust to get acquainted.

Mina is basically a vessel. Sent by her father to be used as a bloodbank and to be screwed until she is pregnant. No more, no less. In his eyes, she isn't anything of importance to him. But the one she's meant to be a vessel for? He may not be as bad as she thought.
Malachi had an interesting way of introducing himself. No Hi, just let me take you to the floor and have your blood. He is kind though. He really tries with Mina. Makes sure she's okay, has the house stocked with food, and always making sure she wants him and not taking her by force.
Now the weird part is when the next two vampires show up...
Oh but wait! The 3rd vampire to show up is much older and is able to tell that Mina is a very special vampire. Plus there is a way to awake her powers and use it to break the barrier that keeps them all in.
I should have just known what was going to happen after Mina being with two vampires and the task that it took to bring her powers out was definitely a choice. Oh, and it also revealed just what she is, and all but one of them were okay with it.
Now, I have seen Katee's book all over the place for a while now and figured I might as well give it a chance and why not start with this one. WELL, I'm surprised, shocked, entertained and confused.
Overall I liked the book. It's basically full on vampire smut and great for those who love it. It would have been a love for me if at some points it was toned down some. But I would give her other books a chance.
