A night they will always remember…a connection neither can deny…a secret that could destroy it all…

When Kennedy Ryan moves to California, she never expects to come face-to-face with Liam Taylor—the intriguing man who has haunted her thoughts for a year. A man who led her to breaking every one of her rules for a single night of passion that ended up meaning more than it was ever supposed to. Accustomed to disastrous experiences with men, Kennedy shields herself before he can break down more of the carefully built control she’s clung to for the last four years. But every time she sees Liam, she feels her resolve weakening.

Liam Taylor has been asked to help socialize his boss’s nieces. But what he thinks sounds more like a babysitting job ends up leading him to the only girl who ever slipped away before morning—a girl he thought he’d never find again. And now that she’s within reach, Liam’s determined to never let her go.

But when a secret from her past tests their relationship, will they be able to cling to the trust Liam has worked so hard to build?

My Review:  Loved this book!

From start to end the book will have a hold on you. Your feels will be messed with, the twists will throw you off guard and next thing you know, you’ll be screaming that the book is over. Yup, diving back into NA mode and this was a perfect start.

Kennedy had a night in Vegas. An amazing night with someone who is all she could want. He’s been on her mind since that night. Though since then she has gone home to Florida and lived her life. But now its all going to change. She and her sister are picking up everything and going to California, even if they don’t like it. Kennedy and Kara are settling in and need to figure out what to do with their time. Kara has a guy back home and for a while it may seem like its all about her, but soon the roles change. It’s going to be all about Kennedy once Liam walks back into her life.

Liam couldn’t believe it was her. The girl from Vegas and the only one he has ever had a real and true connection with. He thought he was helping out his boss with getting his nieces jobs. He didn’t expect to walk into his dad’s gym and see them working at the juice bar. I did love Liam just asking one of them if she was “Moon”. That was a fun read.

Eventually things start to unfold and go where you want it to. Kennedy would push away, despite herself wanting Liam. And the reason will shock you, especially if that reason shows up at the door after everything is finally perfect. The twists that come at the end are just perfectly placed. You couldn’t have asked for a better read. The characters are so amazing, the world building is perfect. I loved every moment and will be diving into my next book by molly very soon!
