My Review: And I'm back with the second book......I may have finished this book pretty fast. Even better than the first one....just saying.
Anyway... monsters are real. They are out there and Brit is a vampire, who just happens to be all you got. She has done everything she can think of, and yet evil still lerks. All she wants is to keep people safe. As long as the ones she loves are safe then can she breathe. She must continue to push herself. It can change her, but will it be a good change or not?
Well Brit doesn't change character. She is still herself and I love it. Despite everything that has gone on, A she remains to be an amazing character. Which is really great, because her past has come back in this book. A vambie is introduced into this book. And yes, it is what you think. (Vamp and zombie)
The details are on point once again. These terrifying moments just get better and better. You get surprised with awesome twists that you really just didn't expect. But if you did, it was still terrifying in the best way. I can't wait to see what's in the next book! Nicky is an author to watch!
