If you could redo the worst mistake of your life, would you? At what cost?
For ten years, the weight of botching the biggest performance of their career has plagued The Jackal, a band of misfits. With nothing to show for their musical career, lead vocalist Ashley, a single mother, along with the other three band members still long for stardom that was just within reach. Ashley's friend Harry, an odd scientist, offers them a chance-in-a-lifetime opportunity-time travel. The band took the plunge to redeem past missteps and become the rockstars they weren't meant to be. But will their quest at fame and fortune be worth the price? Or will they lose everything they love?
My Review: Everyone makes mistakes. Some big and some small, either way I'm sure there are a lot of you out there who wished they never made them. Well what if you could undo it? Would it be cool or a bad thing?
Well this band blew a chance at becoming something big. But there is always a chance, but its also just out of reach. So they have been given a shot to change it all. Go back in time and become amazing stars and get the fame they always wanted. There is always a hidden price though. It can go really well or backfire.
The characters are unique. You get the know them and you'll find that they are pretty nice people. The pace is done perfectly. I loved the terms used in this book. Fit so well with the book and some parts stood out much better than I would have expected. The author did an amazing job writing this and you should give it a shot!
