it's almost
time for war.
Juliette has escaped to Omega Point. It is a place for people like her—people with gifts—and it is also the headquarters of the rebel resistance.
She's finally free from The Reestablishment, free from their plan to use her as a weapon, and free to love Adam. But Juliette will never be free from her lethal touch.
Or from Warner, who wants Juliette more than she ever thought possible.
In this exhilarating sequel to Shatter Me, Juliette has to make life-changing decisions between what she wants and what she thinks is right. Decisions that might involve choosing between her heart—and Adam's life.
My Review: Juliette and Adam are wonderful, but come on already. They have these feelings for each other, but are still scared about it. Okay maybe there may be a war on the way, and the guys and girls are in separate buildings, but still its okay to reveal some feelings.
Any who, Juliette is having a hard time. Doesn't really interact much with the others, and is working hard on figuring out her power. Then she has to worry about Adam and what hes hiding from her. But leave it to juliette to figure it out. Course some force may have been used, though she doesnt realize her strenght. it was funny to read about her pinning Kenji to the wall and his size is much better than hers.
So Kenji gives in and takes her to the testing area and Juliette went nuts when she saw what was being done to adam. So she may just throw a punch....that nearly splits the place in two. Yup, you can tell how much she cares for Adam and that she will do anything to keep him safe. I so loved that. It's what happened after that I wasn't too happy with.
Once she wakes up, things are about to get hard for her. She finds out she was knocked out for a few days, Kenji gets on her about being clueless about her power or she has some hidden agenda. Then she finally finds out whats been going on with Adam and its not what she wanted to hear....
The emotion in this book just explodes to a new level and I just had to turn these pages fast. I can't believe it took me this long to get back to the series, and now I'm going to dive into the next one!
