My Review: In this world, the zombies are out! Now for me, I'm not the biggest zombie crazed fan out there. Yeah, I'm probably one of the few people who don't really think they will ever happen in real life, though I do like to read about. Any who, Dr. Dora hasn't had an easy life when the mess of zombies appeared. How can it be? Being a good living and human doctor should be a good thing. Going out there and helping others. But no, she goes and gets bit by the undead, yeah now the crazy parts comes up.
Then there is Dirk, the wicked cute guy. He says he is a wolf, but Dora isn't having that. Then again they both have something in common, they can't get infected. Dora got bit and thought she would die, but she is fine, nothing happened, so she is sent to be tested. That is where she meets Dirk and he lets her know he is the Alpha wolf and he can't get infected either. Together they can talk and not worry about anything or anyone over hearing. I'm pretty sure the alpha wolf can handle himself.
Jumping ahead. Dora and Dirk are heading away to California to save her family. Through all this Dora and Drik come together and he want to take her in as his mate. He can't live without her, but can she? Will she want to be his mate and have a long life together? Well the ending leaves you thinking and wanting to know more about what will happen with their lives, the future and what will be. Can't wait until more books come out and see a whole new and amazing cool story of Dirk and Dora.
