Kylie Galen wants the truth so badly she can taste it. The truth about who her real family is, the truth about which boy she’s meant to be with—and the truth about what her emerging powers mean.  But she’s about to discover that some secrets can change your life forever…and not always for the better.

Just when she and Lucas are finally getting close, she learns that his pack has forbidden them from being together.  Was it a mistake to pick him over Derek? And it’s not just romance troubling Kylie. An amnesia-stricken ghost is haunting her, delivering the frightful warning, someone lives and someone dies. As Kylie races to unravel the mystery and protect those she loves, she finally unlocks the truth about her supernatural identity, which is far different—and more astonishing—than she ever imagined.

My Review: The book starts off with Kylie meeting her grandparents for the first time, but her meeting is cut short when Bernard calls it over before it could really begin. Once they leave Bernard explains that they were fake. Kylie take that news and adds it to her pile of problems. Luke is back and now Kylie and Luke grow close while Derek is off on an assignment. Kylie works on her feelings and she might just go with Luke, until she hears that Luke's pack may have a problem with her not being a werewolf. With those problems aside, Kylie works on her ghost problem. At the end of the book Kylie figures out some amazing things.  She figure's her ghosts message, and figures out her true identity. This ghost is Kylie's real grandmother and the so called fake grandpa at the beginning was her real one after all. Kylie is finally getting the answers she is looking for.
