When did you realize that you wanted to become a
writer? What was the very first thing you ever wrote?
Before I learnt to actually write I used to tell myself stories. When I
learnt to read and write I put them on paper. My first ‘technical’ attempt at writing
was ‘Kaan, King of Timber Wolves’ at age eleven, for a local library completion
where I won second prize.
Who is your literary hero?
Kurt Vonnegut
How much of your characters are based on your traits

Most of my characters are variations of people I encountered during my

Driven, afraid, brave, loving,
strong willed.
Describe the world you’ve created in six words.
Dark, treacherous, dangerous, difficult to deal with.
What scene was your favorite to write?
Where Jill and Sarah are discussing the benefits of pubic hair sculpting
and skinny dipping.
What scene was the hardest for you to write?
Emotionally, in the caravan where Sarah realises she is under the control
of a mad woman.
What are you working on now?
My seventh Jill Garvin novel and a sequel to the first in another series;
again about two women in peril. Do you detect a pattern emerging?
What's your favorite thing to do when you're not
writing?
Sleep.
